Private Tutoring
One-on-One Online Sessions
PRIVATE TUTORING is tailored to the needs of each student. Gaps in student learning from previous courses are identified and immediately addressed so that the student can better process the material they are currently facing. Students are shown how to anticipate upcoming material and prepare ahead of the class lecture so that the student's classroom engagement gets stronger.
PRIMER SESSIONS give a preview of material that the student will be facing in the upcoming academic term. Early exposure to the material gives the student an academic advantage by having time to digest and apply concepts outside of the normal course time constraints. The student can enjoy higher marks when the actual course begins.
BOOSTER SESSIONS provide students an opportunity to fill in the gaps in their learning from previous courses. This is an essential component of fighting learning loss. These sessions can be purchased at any point and as often as needed.
Testimonials
"I do not have enough words to thank you both so very much for all the help you have provided to my son over the past months. My son passed his science course - and told me he actually likes science now. For both of those facts I thank you Ali. Thank you for your energy and encouragement that you gave him and for being a calm and steady force in his grade 10 math and science journeys thus far."

"Ali was knowledgeable about the course material, encouraging, patient with our son's development and he was able to keep our son moving forward with his studies, even while our son was travelling. He was very proud that his hard work had paid off; his confidence in Math soared. We have already recommended Ali to other families, and if another family is looking for support beyond what the school can offer, we highly recommend MNS Tutoring."

"Hello Ali and Daniel: I just wanted to thank you for your tutoring and being graciously accommodating with scheduling and late night emails to help get my son through this semester. His final exam was today, and we’re happy to share he was able to get the math marks he needed. He came home today with a huge sense of relief. We celebrate these little successes, and never forget the people behind them."
